Physical Therapy in Hurst
At Trinity Orthopedics, we provide physical therapy to our patients because we offer a number of different surgeries – both orthopedic and arthroscopic – that require guidance in the postoperative stage. That’s why we have in-house physical therapists at Trinity Rehab, led by our Director of Physical Therapy Brian Read.
Our Hurst physical therapists see a number of different patients for a variety of reasons. Some of them have just had surgery; some are about to have surgery; and some don’t need surgery but still need help managing their pain or conditioning their bodies.
When you come to Trinity Rehab, we work with you to get you on the path to restoring your functionality. In this video, Hurst physical therapist Brian Read discusses the kinds of patients our physical therapists see and explains how physical therapy helps.
How Physical Therapy Helps
When patients come to us for physical therapy, we see them for a variety of different reasons. Whether they are having problems with balance, a chronic pain issue, or a recent surgical procedure, we work with them to ensure that they are able to restore their functionality. No matter why patients visit Trinity Rehab, we help them by working backwards.
We start by finding out a patient’s goal and work backwards from there to find the correct methods, treatments, and exercises that we can use in physical therapy to get reach that goal. We want to get them back playing the sports that they were playing. We want to get them back to doing the job that they need to be doing at work. We want to get them back to living the life that they want to live.
Even though we’re seeing patients for a number of reasons, we’re always trying to get them back to the level that they want to be at.
