Back Pain is one of the most common injuries in the country. It is also a common reason for missing work and visiting the doctor. While pain in the lower back has more to do with the lumbar region of the spine, pain in the upper back may be caused by aorta disorders, spinal inflammation, or tumors in the chest.
Causes of Back Pain
People of any age can be afflicted with back pain, but it is far more common among people between the ages of 35 and 55. There are also a number of other factors that can increase your chances of feeling pain in your back, including:

Symptoms of Back Pain
The most obvious symptom of back pain is the pain itself. An ache or pain can be in the upper or lower back and extend down the buttocks and legs in some cases.
